I am having an issue with mail being routed to the wrong user. I had to delete a user, but before I deleted him I took his internet address from his person document and put it under the user name of another employee’s person document. The next day I found out that it was suppose to go under the user name of a different employee’s person document. For some reason, the first employee that I had added it to is getting all the emails for the deleted user even though I removed the address from his user name and put it under the other employee’s. Can anyone tell me what is going on or if there is something I need to run??

Double-check to make sure there’s only one reference to the internet address by opening up the hidden ($Users) view. That’s where the mail routing does its lookups from.If there’s only the one, but you’re still getting delivery on the old address, your address book may need a fixup. Try the following.
load fixup names.nsf
load updall names.nsf -R
