We have got a domino server , The server is configured in such a way that it downloads from the POP3 server. When the server downloads the message it is held in the mail.box without delivering to the user mail files.
The message is like that
the message has been marked held by the mail router because it could not be delivered to the recipient indicated above. no further processing of this message will occur while it remains in the routing state.
