I’m running Domino in xSP mode. After few hours the router can’t find the users in the Directory. I restart router, it works fine for couple of hours again. It only seems to be the internet address. Is there anyone who has this problem?
“User user (user@user.com) not listed in Domino Directory”
When the server is started the external mails is routing fine to the abc.com /ABC org, when def.com received the first external mail it was deliveried to the def.com /DEF org.
After the first mail to def.com and the router receives another mail to user@abc.com it says user@abc.com is not listed in the Domino Directory.

I upgraded to Lotus Domino (r) Server (Build V602_04222003 for Windows/32) 90 % of the mail is delivered as expected but there are still mail that don’t get delivered because user cannot be found in domino directory. “user not listed in Domino Directory”
Created a new copy of names.nsf but this problem still occurs. Is it fixed in the gold release ?

Server is upgraded to version 602cf1. Problem still occurs where user cannot be found in directory. Restarting the server solves the problem till next time. once a week. Run fixup -C and -F created a new names.nsf nothing worked. Any suggestion where this problem comes from.

Assuming you configured your server right there still may be a populated view built by the previous release in your names.nsf.Shutdown your server. Run “compact names.nsf -D” then run “updall names.nsf -R” and start Domino again.
This fixed most problems for me but there are still some problems left with xSP.
