Previous versions of Notes allowed a delegate of a mail account (Admin Secty administering a Department Head for example) to Reply to an email from the DH’s mailfile. When the email was sent, the Senders Name would be the Admin Secty and not the DH’s, this is good. With 8.5, we’re finding that this is no longer the functionality. The sender name is now the DH name if the email is replied from the Delegate (within the DH’s mail account). Forwarding works correctly, the sender has the correct sender name. Is there a Delegation setting that has changed or perhaps I am missing a new setting? This is an important modification to our Administrative roles. If it has changed, I’ll need to be sure to document this as we role out the new version. If anyone has any information on this question, please respond and thank you in advance, Cheryl
