I’m confused with one strange case, the receive replies the mail but the mail was delivered to the senders’ previous forwarding address.
1.Sender’s notes account is “EPC Wang/Asia/BMP”, in his personal document the “forwarding address” had been set to “EPC_Wamg@tom.com” but it is empty;
2.Ths case is, in notes 7.02 when some of notes users receive mail from “EPC Wang/asia/BMP” and reply directly, the mail isn’t delivered to “EPC Wang/Asia/BMP” but delivered to “EPC_Wamg@tom.com”, we need this mail is delivered to the correct sending address;
2.Not all receivers have this case, just several receivers had this case;
3.I had checked those notes client who had this issues, there are no any local address items
4.I guess maybe in somewhere the notes clients remember the previous forwarding address, but now the sender’s forwarding address had been deleted.
Anyone could help me? Any help would be appreciated.
