We have some users setup with local replicas that are saying when looking at their replication page they are being informed that they have received 2 memos, but when checking their inbox they have nothing. Or they are told they have 4 received memos but only 2 in their inbox.
I have checked their all documents view, and their unread marks match up but of course they feel something is missing!
Any ideas??

Ask them to check the server copy too see if this see any documents that are not visible in the local copy.

received 2 refers to ANY document, not just e-mails and also includes updates to docs, not just newly received/created docs.
