I have a database and a replica. Have run fixup -f and updall -r -c and then done replication between them. Some how they still have a different amount of documents in the all documents view. How can that be? I also deleted the replication history and re replicated.

Is the total db count the same? If the same, then perhaps there is a view or pref setting that is not replicating. If different (by the same amount) then …
Do either of them have replication settings that would limit the docs they take to only the last 90 days or some such?
If only off by a few docs, then perhaps reader names on some mail or c&s docs?
