helloi have i problem with lotus notes client
I receive a new mail but I can’t view it, it will be viewed after 2 or 3 hours
What I can do to view my new mails at the moment when they arrive

I assume you are saying, that you know someone sent you an email but it doesn’t show up in your inbox. From the way you said it, it sounds like you see the mail in the inbox but cannot open it.
There are two things that might cause delay of your mail. The first is delay in the mail being put into your mail file. The second is replication of your mail from your mail server.
The second one is the one you can fix. Make sure that you are using the same replica of your mail file that your mail is delivered to, or of you prefer to use a local replica, make sure it is set to replicate directly with your main mail file, and frequently.
If the problem is with slow delivery of your mail, all you can do is complain to your email administrators.
