Mail Recall - Message not found

We enabled the “Mail Recall” in the server configuration. When we try to recall an e-mail, we receive the following report :

  • Status : Not recalled

  • Details : Message not found

We have checked the setting in Configuration Document. and enable the Message Recall in policy also. But still we are getting the problem
