We have mail quotas set for all users (150 MB). The necessary enfocement from the configuration document is also in place. But most of the users are less worried about not receiving mail for a while and take thier own time to cklean the mail boxes.
Now we believe restricting the ‘sending of mail’ for the users who exceed quota would be the ideal method as It would require them to clean-up mailboxes to engage in thier office work using email …
We are currently on Domino 7.01 and soon be upgrading to 8.5.1.
Is there a method in Domino 8.5.1 to prevent users who have exceeded the mail quota, from sending mail …?
If there is no build-in facility, a scripting/agent solution would ne very much appreciated.
