When you go to ‘More’=>‘Preferences’ you see the first row of tabs : mail, calendar & to do, access & delagation.
Well I don’t have the first tab ‘Mail’ anymore. It is completely gone. When I open the preferences of this mailfile, this first row is shown in a simple table : I see a blank space where I am supposed to see the mail preferences. Below I see the content of the tab ‘calendar & to do’ and below that one the last tab ‘access & delegation’.
I noticed this when suddenly I had no signature anymore; the setting is not available anymore along with all the mail preferences.
I already tried the classical maintenance on the mailfile (updall, fixup, …). Other mailfiles don’t have this issue. It really ssems linked to the mailfile itself. I really don’t get this one…
Subject: Re: Mail preferences missing in Eclipse + Basic
Mathieu, did you ever find a solution to this problem? I have the exact same problem with someone in our company (it HAS to be the I.T. VP, of course). I’ve tried just about everything short of creating a new copy of the mail file from scratch.
