I am trying to create a mail policy that when the mail is from certain people from the companies address book it will color code them.
I opened the admin client went to people and groups tab and down to settings. I created the Setting for the attention idicattors and then went to the policies section and created a policy that used the setting I made earlier.
I typed in the console the tell adminp process mail policy and the policy never takes effect. I even went a person document and selected the policy for that single user and the policy does not work. What am I missing here?
All I want is if the email is from “certain” person to color code the email. I can do this per machine but would like to handle it through a policy instead.
