Hi, Can any one lend some advise. We are using Lotus Notes Clients for accessing both mail and databases. Is there a client option for just email. i.e. I want to force some users to have a client that will give them email but stops them from being able to use databases.

The other option is to set up domino for POP3 access and use a mail only client, like Mozilla Thunderbird, or, if you really must ;), Outlook

You can start by taking the people off the ACL’s of your applications, as suggested before.
Also, why not push a custom bookmark.nsf to the users, which has mail, calendar, addresses etc? This could stop them from looking for any other databases.
