Hi,
I want to send a mail notification to the all users .
for that what i have to do .
can i use in lotus script
mail doc.cc= doc.name1(0)
mail doc.cc=doc.name2(0)
mail doc.cc=doc.name3(0) like to all users .
Another thing is that how can a group ID will created , suppose i have a list box in which i select some users name and that all name will recieve mail at the same time when i submit the request .
i want it dynamic group ID coz everytime the name in the list box , will be change and whatever the name presented there they will appear as a group that i can send the mail to all at once .
Plz help me
