Mail not showing up in All Documents view

An employee in my company is experiencing this wierd problem…Not all of the mail that is in her mail file is showing up in the All Documents view. For example, she received 20 emails yesterday, and only ONE showed up in the All Documents view. Help?

odd it is usually the other way round it appears in all docs but not the inbox. When that happens I delete the inbox and then run Convert on the file

Well…since I can’t do that…maybe a compact and fixup will solve it? I don’t know, I’m completely lost on this one.

Hi

Basically, the ‘All Documents’ [ ($All) ] documents selection in the mail template starts like that :

SELECT @IsNotMember(“A”; ExcludeFromView)

There is no reason that the mails does not appear in that view, unless she decided that they should not.

Check a few things :

  • what did she with the mail ?

  • is it the right replica ?

and so on.
