Sending a message to a group listing 25-30 users, some users don’t receive the mail.When I check the Server log for mail routing events, the users who did not receive the message are not shown.
If I expand the group name in the saved sent message, everyone who should have received the message is listed.
How can I verify that the message actually went out to the complete list?
I wonder if the issue is that you have this same group name locally and on the server. If the group name is not expanded, then the server will check its own version of the group name to decide to whom the messages should be sent. If the group is expanded, then of course the local group is being used.
