I have two users in the directory. One jane.user@acme.com and one jane@acme.com
I’ve tried combinations and permutations of fullname only, fullname then local part and local part only in the Router configuration but invariably what happens is that mail for jane.user@acme.com ends up in the jane@acme.com mail file.
I’ve even gone so far as to remove the first name from the Jane User person doc and stick it in the last name field so that there is no Jane in the ($users) view.
What can I do to make this work? The person doc for jane@acme.com does not have the name jane in it anywhere except the internet address field.
Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.

I am not anywhere near a machine that has access to a domino Directory at the momment but I thought I would try and point you in the right direction.
There is a setting in the Configuration document. There will be exhaustively check all address books (something like there) and near there you will find the search criteria for addressing (cant remember off hand what it is but that is where you can say Search FULL NAME.

Yes, I’ve tried that and what happens is jane@acme.com gets both jane@acme.com and jane.user@acme.com
