Hi, appreciate all help.When a new mail (doc A) that arrives in a mailin databases → our agent will automatically send a copy to the designated user.
However, our database properties has the
“mark parent note on reply or forward” enabled → it automatically consider the same document (A) as “new” once a reply or forwarding is done and resend this same doc A as new mail to the user.
Once we disable the “mark parent note on reply or forward”, everything is perfect except that we do not know if anyone has taken any action with regards to that mail. We have to enable it again.
Pls advice how to tell the agent to ignore if is due to the above.
