Mail missing from folders but exists in all documents view

Hello, I have a user who’s mail has disappeared from his personal mail folders. The messages exist in the ‘all documents’ view but they seem to have lost their links to theie respective folders. Is there a way to reset these? Any command line tricks or techniques I can try to get these back?

As far as I know there hasn’t been any design changes to the database. It is a r5 database that was upgraded to the r6 template several months ago.

May be pressing ctrl-shift-F9 to rebuild your views helps?

After some prodding it turned out the user had decided to upgrade his mail template on his own. We recovered from a backp and all is well. I’ll have to investigate why the r6 template wiped out his folders. Thanks for the resonse.
