Mail migration from outlook XP to Lotus Notes 6.5

I´m having problems migrating outlook users’ pst to Lotus Notes.I´m using nupgrade.exe tool which is free provided with notes client, but it fails when the user has a lot of nested folders with a great amount of mail each.

Any Solution?. If the solution is a third party application, anybody know if there´s a free one?

You can use Common Migration Tool (CMT), from Binary Tree Corp.
