Does anyone know how a Mail Merge can be sent from Lotus iNotes? I want to send personalized emails to over 100 recipients (possibly using Microsoft Word Mail Merge…)

If you specifically want to perform a mail merge from the iNotes web client, then I have only seen it possible using a 3rd party add-on called Print Merge Reporter.

Basically, the product requires you to copy 2 design elements (1 folder and 1 view) provided by vendor into a specific mailbox (or mailbox template). It also requires Word 2000 or higher installed on the Domino Windows server. Install Word 2000 if possible to keep it simple. 
You can then either (1) Add an iNotes QuickLink to the user’s Welcome Page Layout, and/or (2) Email the web link to each user requiring iNotes mail merging.

Subject: How about from the Lotus Notes Client?
I wrote a freeware/donationware app named “Zephyr” that does this very thing… in the Lotus Notes Client.
That URL will take you to a demo video showing you how you can create an “Email Template” and submit “Job Documents” from your Personal Address Book via a custom Agent.
While not available online or specific to iNotes, it might very well address your needs.
