I thought I read somewhere that as of release 6 there was an easier way to perform a mail merge out of a personal address book or even a Shared address book?

Is this with a Microsoft Word or other office product?
If so then why can’t you do it with the existing software expect make a MAPI profile which will point to Lotus Notes e-mail client. All the technology is there for it to run under that parameter.

Well, you can print address labels, and other items, directly from the address book.
It’s under the ‘Print’ dialog box, on the ‘Documents Style’ tab.
under Formats each Document Use, you select your labels.
