I setup the mail journaling database and set to encrypt for myself. I am able to read the mail; however, other admins can not. Is it possible to encrypt for multiple people or allow another used to have the decryption key? Any other suggestions?

I would set up a “decryption” user in the Directory and then give all your admins access to the ID. you can then use this user to encrypt with.
Subject: Mail Journaling -
A trick is to put a group in the “encrypt using id” field.
Mails stored in the database will not be encrypted, since the system can’t find the encryption key for the group.
I don’t recommend doing this, since it removes the encryption from the stored emails ! I’m using this in a test/demo environment, where all administrators and developers can play around .
