This is a time sensitive issue as we have only 10 days to comply with this.
I have created a Mail Journal Database that has several months of Email in it. I can open and view all of the messages, however I can not search on the body of the messages. I can search and if I type something in like a name it will display all of the docs that have that name in the Sender field. The database is fully indexed and I have enabled index on encrypted fields as well as attached files.
Is there a way to search the body of the messages that are in the journal. I have looked at the forum and one sugestion was to create a private view, but I don’t know what the field is to put in the view. Body shows no results.

*** Update I talked with IBM and they say that because I did not have body and subject enabled in the encryption exclusion this is not possible. Is there a way around this for the existing messages.
