I have a mailjournal on the server and another database called (Journal Archive) jrnlarch.nsf which is the template of the mail Journal on the same server.
I have a set of users in a Lookup Document in my template database , and I want to write an agent that will select a user from the list , look for the documents where he is either listed in the To, CC, BCC or From Field and copy all the documents from the mail journal to this Journal Archive Database.
This agent should run everyday and copy the documents everyday from the mail journal based on the date and the userlist.
and so on till all the users in the list are copied.
Please help —
My agent should either run from the Mail Journal or it should run from the Journal Archive not sure
Since my list of users whose email I need to copy resides on Journal Archive
