Hi All,
Can we use notes common name(user name) to send mails to MS-OUTLOOK mail.
when we send a mail will it automatically picks the name(mail id) from the address book or we should mention the mail id.
Prevoiusly it was working fine i dont now what happend now the users are not rreceiving mails.here we are giving notes common name directly. can this be achieved by using common name.
eg: xxx@zzz.com.(please note we are not using notes mail we are using outlook)
