Hi Friends,
I have one mail-in database which receives mail & process it.It was working fine till last month but i don’t know why it not picking up the mail now.
When i send mail to this mail-in db , in delivery report it says that it is delivered but db is not picking up the mail… what could be the possible reason ?
Subject: Template - design change
Has the database design changed to where your views won’t show emails? Is the subject text color correct? Have the preferences been changed. How about Rules. Replica? I mention all of these as they have been the probelm at one point or another.

Hello Joe,These hasn’t been any design change . I think it might be due to the mail-in doc change as till last month this mail-in db was receiving mail.
So can you suggest me to regarding mail-in doc correction ?
Subject: Have you checked the All Documents View?
Have you checked to see if the mail is actually in the All Documents view and just not showing in the inbox? This can occasionally happen and may require deleting the inbox and replacing the design to get it working again. If the delivery messages indicate that the mail is being delivered the chances are it really is in the database, just not showing in the inbox.
