Mail In database not working

A certain mail in database that i email too is giving me a bounce back undelieverable message:Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

  Subject:	FW: test

  Sent:	11/7/2007 8:04 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

I’ve verified that the email address is correct under domino admin/people&groups/mail-in databases and resources. Not sure what to do?

Subject: Mail In database not working

Check for spelling errors in the Mail-In Database document in the: Domain, Server and File name fields. Note that the database filename needs to show the complete file-path relative to the Data directory.

Thanks for the response Gail, but i’ve checked everything and still getting a bounce back.

Check that the mail-in database “name” is appearing correctly in the $Users view in the Domino Directory. If it lives on a different server from your mail server, then check the view on both servers. It may appear more than once in the view, depending on whether it has an internet address or not.
