I created a server mail rule wherein if a message exceeds 5MB and sent to more than 20 users, it will go to a mail-in database instead. My mail-in database contains a “Before mail arrives” agent that will supposedly reply to the sender and CC me. My problem is, the mails do not go to the INBOX of the mail-in database. It goes to the SENT folder. So the agent does not work. But if I send a mail directly to the mail-in database, it goes to the INBOX and the agent runs.
I already tried to recreate the mail-in database but still the problem exist. What could be wrong?
