Mail In Database (Issue with Memo Form)

Good Morning Everyone

I have an issue with a mail in database im creating.

I have an email address linked to our IT Database (itorders@company.co.za).

I’ve created a form called FormOrderCommunication and supplied some fields that appear on the default Memo Form i.e

From

Subject

Body

etc.

I’ve created a view called “Purchases\Order Communication” whos View Selection is : SELECT ((Form = “Memo”)).

The same views Form Formula is : “FormOrderCommunication”.

I send a test message to itorders@company.co.za and i see the item in the view. However, when i doubleclick on the test message in the view i get the following error

“Invalid or nonexistent document”

Any suggestions? What am i doing wrong? I’ve copied the methology from another database that was done before my time here and that DB works fine?

You’ll be needing a form called Memo, have you saved that one? Or check the case for the view selection.hth
