I have a mail-in database setup, so that users can forward messages to this database for storage and lookup. It is open to several users. There are rules setup on the database to automatically file messages away to particular folders.
Is there anyway to mark the messages as being “read” versus “unread” so that they appear that way for all users? Just curious if there is a solution…
