How can I forward my company mail to an external mail account and at the same time have a copy of all mails kept in both accounts ?

There’s a rule that allows you to forward a copy of every incoming document to another address. Come to think of it, this rule may even work for POP mail users, because it has nothing to do with delivery to certain folders in the mailfile or anything.
