Mail Forwarding

Hi,I have an issue where users are implementing mail rules to forward their email to their personal email account. We use Blackberry and these users want iPhone and are using this as a work around. However because of this confidential mail is being sent to personal accounts. Is there a way to override this via policy or a server mail rule.

in the server config doc you can disable the Forward mail rule at the server level.

Router/SMTP > Restrictions and Controls > Delivery Controls > User rules mail forwarding
