Hoping you guys can help on a strange problem.
I have some users having this problem when forwarding mail…
When a user forwards a mail the recipient cannot see the original mail address just a name like so:

When I send mail my mails automatically format like so:
From: Joe.blogs/Dublin/Company
To: Alan blogs/Dublin/Company
Date: 08/07/2008 12:18
Subject: Forward mail address
This can make it difficult for users to mail people when all they have is a name not an address! Why do some clients include the full forwarding and address history while others don’t?
Any ideas?
