Recently I created an Agent for automatically forwarding all my mails to my web mail account (with the help of a post by someone in this forum, thanks for that). It is working fine.
The problem is that all the rich text / html formatting is lost and these mails reach as plain text with all the images as attachment. This problem is only with agent, as when I manually forward mails using the lotus client to same account the mails reach fine with all the formatting intact.
Subject: RE: Mail forwarding agent removes html/rich text formatting.
I created an agent of type "Simple Actions(s)"In the actions section I added action “Send Mail Message”
To field contains my target mail address.
Subject contains the formula: “auto forwarded mail” + subject
Include a copy of documnet in the message option is checked.

everything is working fine, I am receiving mails. But they all are text only, with attachments. The richtext formatting is lost in all the mails. When I manually forward, there is no problem
