Hi ,
Recently we upgraded design of our mail template to mail8. Though the Inbox and all other folder design has got upgraded to that of 8 but the user created folder still show in the previous desihn of mail6.
Can anybody help us know how to upgrade folder design to 8.

Have you used the option -u with convert ?
I’ve upgraded many many databases with this option, and all folders have the design updated correctly to 8.

Another thing you can try is open the Inbox and select Actions - Folder - Upgrade Folder Design.
