In the last few weeks I have had to restore mail files that are disappearing. It has happened at 2 different client sites.
Has anyone else seen anything like this? It is pretty unnerving that these files are just disappearing for no reason.

Are you running a virus scanner on these servers?Is it Notes compatible. (i.e. will it check individual doc rather than the whole NSF file.)
I had the same problem and found this to be the case.

Hi David,
Did you checked your log.nsf?
Maybe you will find there that the users are deleting their mail file. As a solution you can give users less than manager, if that’s the problem.
