Mail File still FULL!

Hello

The user deletes all his messages from Inbox and from Trash, but Mail File still full. I as an administrator and from DWA made [Compact…], but the Mail File still full.

How can I sovle this problem?

How do you define “full”? Of course, the database size will not shrink unless you run a compact (using appropriate parameters).

First increase the quota and then compact the mailfile.

Due to the fact that the mailfile reached his quota you cannot compact it.Increase the quota with some mb’s. After compacting reset the quota back to orioginal.

If there is any space to free up in the mailfile the console command load compact mail/usermailfile.nsf -B should work.
