Mail file returns to inotes5.ntf from inotes6.ntf

I have one user whose mail file keeps going back to inotes5.ntf even though I have updated her design to inotes6.ntf. This is done on the admin server for all mail files. I am not using any customized mail templates here. Only happens to one user.

Using: iNotes6 version 6.5.4

Has anyone seen this?

What is the template name assingned to the user’s mail file?(DB properties - Inherit design from template)
