Mail file pop up

Hi All,

We have a new starter to irritatingly has asked for his inbox to open as soon as he logs into Notes. Pressing the envelope on the Bookmark bar is to slow and complicated for him

Does anyone know how this is done?! Is there an option or is this in the design of the database?

Hi, Once u enter in to notes after typing password u should be able to see your mailbox directly.For that what u will do is,in notes u can see some icons in the left corner,like bookmarks,databases,workspace,mail file,calendar etc.What u will do is just right click on the mail icon and select the option as “set bookmark as homepage”.And close the notes and open to take the effects correctly.So from now when u enter in to notes by typing password it directly opens your mail box.If any problem just contact me.

One option would be to set the InBox as the home page.

If this is not good enough becasue he wants the workspace open as well… place a bookmark in MORE BOOK MARKS > Startup

Remember the end user is always right
