Mail file ownership changing

We are seeing in our environment where the mail file owner changes of the databases. The databases we are seeing this on are common mail files that are accessed by several individuals and they each use their own respective ids and not the id assigned to the mail file. They all have Editor access via an ACL Only group type. As a potential fix to this problem, I applied a policy to the common mail files to prohibit changing of the mail file ownership but I don’t believe was being done intentionally. We are also seeing the signature of those common mail files disappearing when new messages are being sent although we have had set it in the past and it worked then.

We are running R8 server and a mix of R8 and R7.02 clients and there has been some customization of the templates. Any idea as to what is going on here?

You may be getting multiple calendar profiles in these shared databases.Use a tool like notespeek to view the profile documents and test this hypothesis.

Did you ever fix that? I have the same exact problem with duplicate Calendar profiles. I delete duplicates using NoteMan, they come back.
