Mail file Manager is not authorized to acess database

Hi,

I have a server with 215 mail users, since last week every day I´m having new users getting the same error when they are working with the mail file: “you are not authorized to perform that operation”. This is happening after we delete several documents, after sending emails… All users have at least Editor Access with permissions to delete documents.

Any help eould be appreciated

Did you ever figure this one out? I have people with manager access to their mailfiles, but get the “Not Authorized” message when trying to send e-mails. Sometimes restarting Notes seems to fix the problems, but not always. Any help is appreciated.
