I have a client who likes the old folder view for his V6 mail file. I had him go into database properties, launch tab, open designated navigator, folder view. From his client pc, no matter what you choose for a launch, he only sees the mailFS frameset. If anyone else opens his mail file (giving them rights to do so) they see the folder view. Any idea how to get his client to see the correct view?
