Mail File INBOX view

Hi,

We have started testing the basic client of 8.0.2 and have noticed that the INBOX contains a figure of new e-mail only. Once the mail message is read it dissappears and the only way to read it again is drill down to “all documents”. Is there a way of stopping this or is this by design? The mail file template is 7.0.2 (as we havent upgraded the server yet).

Subject: do you have View Unread selected?

Look at the far right of the action bar. Is “View Unread” checked? If so, click “View All”.
