Mail file corruption

Hello…I have been using 6.0 for few months now and recently upgraded to 6.01 but since I upgraded to Notes6, my server mail file has corrupt about 10 times. (Mail6.ntf)

It always happens when I go to my Trash view and clicked on Delete.

Right after pop-up message saying that the db is corrupt.

‘B-Tree structure is invalid’

(I did not compact while going to my Trash to delete)

I searched the forum on such issue but could not find any.

(The program crashed over 10times also and creates NSD’s but this is a totally separate issue)

We’re planning on a upgrade for all our users soon, and I’m actually kind of stuck.

Please help as we would like to upgrade our users.

Subject: Mail file corruption

This is an issue for Lotus Support. I very much doubt anybody here can help you with this. If it’s a bug in Notes, it’s going to have to be SPR’ed, triaged, assigned to someone, fixed, tested, and approved. Even if the relevant designer is reading this forum, which I doubt, they can’t just fix the problem on their own authority.
