Hi, i found out some of the clint using Lotus Notes 8.0.2 can’t open their email due to the mail encryption. They are using their ID, but still can’t open it. I had try to use the old Notes ID which created during the registration but still no luck. Is it the way to open the encryption mail?

Can you please clarify what you mean? Is the entire mail file encrypted or just certain messages?
If the entire mail file is encrypted and you do not have the proper id to open the file there is nothing you can do, it is encrypted.
