Every time I attempt to send an encrypted message I get the following pop-up error:
"Mail Encryption Error
If you choose to continue sending, the following recipient(s)will receive an unencrypted copy of the message:
Mail encryption failed for this recipient because:
This recipients Notes certificate could not be found in the directory. Either no entry was found with a
matching address in your personal address book, a matching forwarding address or a matching entry
was found which didn’t contain a Notes certificate."
This pops-up for internal email addresses and it should not.
If I open the Dom Dir and add the person to my local address book, I do not get this error. I should not have to add people to my local address book to send them encrypted mail.
I have checked my location document and everything looks normal. My recipient name type ahead is set to Local then Server.
The only thing that has changed for me recently is my name. I can’t imagine that this would be the issue.
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
