Hi,
When I respond to mail in my inbox the mail disappears after I send the respond mail. I can find the mail in “All Documents” so it has not been deleted.
Why does it disappear? And how can I keep it in my Inbox?

I bet you have (accidentally ?) sorted by the column that shows the fancy little “this mail has been replied to” or “this mail has been forwarded” ICONS.
Once you reply, this icon gets added and the mail drops down in the inbox out of your sight.

Well I had the same issue with one of my users here just a few days ago, so you’re not alone

Getting your client’s release into a 7.02 release should resolve this.
