Mail Delovery Problem

Hello ,

I have one main server in headoffice and two additional server in the branches all the 3 servers are in same NNN

i can send and receive mails from main server to branches server without problem but mails are not going from one branch to other branch ,i can ping both the servers from each other by name,when i do the trace on domino from both side it reaches to the destination server but when we try to send mails it stuck in the mail box, tell router sh says transferring mail to push,but mails are not being delivered

after few hours users are getting the delivery failure with Delivery time expire message.

can some one suggest where to look for the problem

Subject: Connection documents

You mentioned problem in connection between two branch office servers.

Are the servers setup to be in hub and spoke toplogy for replication/mail routing? Best way is to make one server the Hub server, and all other servers spoke servers. Servers in branch office should connect to server in head quarters only. I think, this is the standard setup.

Check the connection documents in Domino address book. There should be one connection document each for Hub-Spoke connection. In the connection document enable Mail Routing, set the frequency/schedule etc.
