I have an agent written to send an email message to a group of users:
memodoc.Form=“Memo”
memodoc.Subject=“New Acquisition Posting”
memodoc.Principal = “Robert A Jesso”
memodoc.SendTo=sRecipientAddress
memodoc.DisplaySent = “Robert A Jesso”
sMsg = “THIS IS AN AUTOMATED EMAIL…”
recdata1=Chr(13) & sMsg
Set rtitem=memodoc.createrichtextitem(“Body”)
Call rtitem.appendtext(recdata1)
Call memodoc.send(True)
sRecipientList looks like this:
ltucker@johnson.ca, aashley@johnson.ca, etc
If the agent sends the message to one user the message is sent fine. If there is more than one user, then I get a Delivery Failure report:
Your document: New Acquisition Posting
was not delivered to: ltucker@johnson.ca, aashley@johnson.ca
because: No route found to domain johnson.ca, aashley from server SRVA/JOHNSON INC. Check DNS configuration.
It appears as though the address is being read wrong - johnson.ca, aashley.
How can I set this up to work properly, without having to loop through and send each email individually? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance.
